People shouldn't have to stop and figure out what to do next. I focus on making complex experiences feel intuitive by putting the right information in front of people when they need it.

Start with what people are trying to solve.

I like to understand the problem before jumping into solutions. That means asking questions, challenging assumptions, and looking beyond what's being requested to understand what people actually need.

Design with other teams, not just for them.

I believe the best work happens when people build things together. I enjoy collaborating across disciplines, sharing ideas early, and helping other designers grow. Good design isn't just about what we create—it's also about how we work together.

Outside of work, I'm a mom of two and someone who plans vacations around food. Japan is still my favorite place I've visited, which probably isn't surprising given my love for anime. When I find a quiet moment, I'm usually making art—digital or traditional—or catching up on a good show.
